An established specialist contractor, renowned for delivering prime residential new builds and luxury refurbishments, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Working from the Syon Lane office, you’ll manage the commercial delivery of ultra-high-end residential projects across some of the UK’s most prestigious addresses in Surrey, Hampshire, and Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full commercial lifecycle of prime residential projects valued up to £10m+
Produce and manage detailed cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for high-spec finishes and bespoke builds
Manage procurement of specialist subcontractors and negotiate high-value packages
Assess and agree valuations, variations, and final accounts
Provide accurate financial reporting and ensure robust cost control throughout the project
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with commercial targets
Drive value engineering initiatives without compromising quality
Build trusted relationships with UHNW clients, architects, and interior designers
Ensure compliance with contract terms, particularly bespoke agreements common in the super-prime sector
About You:
Proven track record as a Senior QS in the prime or super-prime residential market
Deep understanding of the unique requirements and high standards of luxury residential construction
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing and negotiation skills
Skilled in managing complex projects with bespoke detailing and premium finishes
Proficient in cost reporting software and MS Excel
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Full UK driving licence essential due to frequent travel to high-value sites across the Home Counties
